The First Workings Team will be implementing a hybrid work model, spending three days a week in our new office, and the remaining two at home while closely monotoring NYC COVID regulations and prioritizing health and safety.
We recognize the difficulty many of our internship partners will have in hosting our students for summer internships. We remain prepared to conduct virtual programming, if in-person programming is not feasible.
We are able to serve more students by conducting Workplace Readiness Skills virtually, and we will continue to use this model for all workshops and student training. To continue our mission of helping students acquire social capital and broaden their horizons, we are prepared to offer virtual mentoring opportunities this summer.
